These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and products provided by Greysis LLC ("Greysis", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Greysis LLC is a software and e-commerce studio that designs, develops and operates digital products, including software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications such as Voxnoto. Specific product features and any additional product-level terms are described within each product.

2. Accounts

Some services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use our services for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not upload content you do not have the rights to, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Payments & subscriptions

Paid products are billed on the plan and billing cycle selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us at [email protected]. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Amounts already consumed or clearly used may not be refundable.

6. Intellectual property

All rights, title and interest in our websites and products (excluding your own content) belong to Greysis LLC. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the service to you.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greysis LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
